Client Training: The Hopp Law Firm regularly engages in onsite or remote training and seminars. These seminars are designed to meet the specific needs and demands of the client. In the case where general training is needed the Firm will provide a suggested syllabus that can be tailored to meet the audience needs and time restrictions. We are also happy to work jointly with the client to present targeted training designed to focus on a new area of the law, procedural changes or updates specific to our states or a practice area.
Internal Training: The Hopp Law Firm also believes in and is dedicated to continual professional growth. In order to meet the demands of a changing industry the Firm engages in quarterly training sessions as a forum for growth and professional development. Our staff ranges in experience from one to thirty years in business and commercial law. We feel it is not enough to have the casual questions answered as they arise and therefore hold mandatory training sessions to encourage formal training opportunities as well as a forum for the free exchange of ideas and experiences.
Communication: The last and perhaps most important aspect of our training is customer service and communication. We recognize that we are in a service industry. Our clients are keen and accustomed to customer service and expect their vendors to treat them with the same level of customer service that they are giving to their clients. As such a great deal of the training effort is focused on communication and customer service. |

Without timelines, tracking and measurement, accountability takes a back seat and performance advances often stagnate.
