Forrest R. Goodrum, born in Statesville, North Carolina in 1942, started his legal career in 1970 and has practiced litigation, appellate litigation, creditor bankruptcy, and real estate law throughout the past 40 years. He maintains an impresive background in a range of regulatory and compliance matters in creditor's rights, real estate, mortgage banking, mortgage servicing, foreclosures and litigation. A frequent author and lecturer, Mr. Goodrum is the founding Chairman of the Real Property section of the Idaho State Bar. Goodrum also has been a commercial and construction arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association. He is also active in the Boise community.
