DENVER, COLORADO – August 8, 2011 – The Hopp Law Firm, a regional provider of commercial and creditor legal services, announced today that C. Kent Jolliff has joined its legal team as General Counsel to the Firm and Collections Group Chair.
Mr. Jolliff, a native of Little Rock, Arkansas comes to the Firm with over 28 years of legal, regulatory and management experience. He maintains an impressive background in a range of regulatory and compliance matters in creditor’s rights, real estate, mortgage banking, mortgage servicing, foreclosures and litigation.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Jolliff has served in senior positions as in-house counsel for several national mortgage servicing operations, as General Counsel to a large regional real estate default law firm and is a former state Assistant Attorney General.
In addition to his duties as General Counsel to HLF, he will also serve as the Collections Group Chair in which he will oversee the Firm’s collection and transportation practices on a daily basis.

Mr. Jolliff earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, AR and a Bachelor of Arts from Wheaton College, Wheaton, IL
