Recognizing increased default rates in the southwest, Robert J. Hopp has expanded the services offered to mortgage servicers and lenders in the areas of default.  Originally servicing the state of Colorado exclusively, Mr. Hopp is now able to offer default services through a network in New Mexico and Wyoming as well as Nevada, Arizona and Utah.  This expansion will allow the bundling of default files and a centralized management of the default process for clients.
