Government Technology Systems, LLC initiated a strong marketing campaign across Colorado introducing its electronic foreclosure software, GTSData.  This technology has been developed and implemented through a cooperative effort between law firms and public trustees across the state led by Robert J. Hopp.  Through this system, submitting law firms may file foreclosures electronically increasing efficiencies and allowing cost savings to the private and public sector alike attempting to respond to increased budget restrictions and push for higher profits in mortgage portfolios.  This system also provides for the electronic update of submitter information such as sale dates and sales results and e-recording of public documents which is being recognized as a must as we move firmly into the electronic mortgage and default servicing age.
